SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We offer international shipping services, but some locations are excluded. If you're from one of those countries, we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

TimelessTweaks is not liable for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate. We take responsibility for our errors and will rectify them at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We're not responsible for any customs fees once items are shipped. By purchasing, you agree that packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time is 8-13 days, excluding our 1-3 day processing time. Clearance/customs delays are not included in shipping times.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes, tracking may not be available due to free shipping.

It may take 1-3 business days for tracking information to update. If there's still no information after 7 business days, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Due to logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping is selected.
